Can I switch plans?

Anytime. Upgrade or downgrade from your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately and we prorate the difference.

What counts as an active client?

Any client Kotii is actively watching the MLS for, drafting follow-ups for, or briefing you on. Past clients you've archived don't count.

Do I own my client data?

Always. The data is yours. A self-serve CSV export is on the near-term roadmap; until it ships, email us and we'll send you the export within 24 hours. If you cancel, we delete your data on request — no holding it hostage.

What if my brokerage wants Kotii for the whole team?
